Madeleine was originally involved in the commercial art world before taking up painting full time in 1996.

She is a 4th Generation artist and grew up with music, dance and art. She studied the fine arts including metal sculpture at Brisbane Institute of Art as well as being on the Management Committee for 5 years.

She also received a High Distinction Diploma in the History of Art through the London Art College online distance education.

Maddi’s TV documentary was selected to represent Australian Female Artists in a Time Capsule on Elon Musks & NASA’s ‘Polaris Collection’ Lunar Codex SpaceX on their Moon mission in November 2024.

Madeleine is represented by Red Hill Gallery Brisbane.

Her agent in Sydney AAD Gallery also represents her at International Art Fairs.

Hyatt Regency, Yokohama, Japan commissioned her for a selection of ‘JAZZ’ paintings.

In 2017 she was chosen as a ‘Celebrity Ambassador’ representing Redland City Council, Queensland Australia. In 2013 she was awarded the title ‘Queensland Culture Champion’ from Arts Queensland for her dedication to the Arts.
